Joinery in charge

We are an established interior fit-out company in Dubai seeking a Joinery head to lead and coordinate production activities within our Joinery Division. The ideal candidate will be highly experienced in joinery works, able to manage day-to-day production operations, and ensure precision, efficiency, and quality in line with project specifications

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise joinery production activities on-site and in the workshop.
• Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and cutting lists accurately.
• Quantify materials and accessories required for joinery works.
• Allocate tasks and monitor the performance of carpenters and technicians.
• Coordinate with project, procurement, and site teams to ensure timely execution.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with design and project requirements.
• Assist in resolving technical or production-related issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Dubai in a similar supervisory role within the joinery or interior fit-out sector.
• In-depth knowledge of joinery materials, hardware, tools, and production processes.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and work under tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi/Urdu is a plus.
• Immediate availability to join.
