About the job Business Development Manager - Freight Forwarding
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our freight forwarding team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales within the freight forwarding industry, a strong network of clients, and the ability to achieve sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and maintain new business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics.

Build and manage relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.

Prepare and deliver tailored solutions for clients across air, sea, and land freight.

Meet and exceed sales targets by generating leads and closing deals.

Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in freight forwarding in UAE.

Strong knowledge of air freight, sea freight, and land transport operations.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

UAE Driving License preferred (to visit clients and expand business reach).
