About the job Group CMO
Peergrowth has been mandated to support one of the leading Healthcare groups in the MENA region to identify a suitable candidate for the role of Group Chief Medical Officer based in Egypt.
The CMO will provide leadership in all areas relating to the clinical operation of the client. The CMO is responsible for recommending and implementing clinical policies and procedures; supervising the providers and other clinically related staff in their medical, dental, chiropractic, pharmaceutical, behavioral health, nursing, and administrative duties; ensuring the continuous quality improvement program is administered in all clinical activities, and participating as an integral part of the executive leadership team. The CMO will serve as a representative for the organization as it pertains to fostering partnerships throughout the communities that the client serves and will collaborate with other medical professionals within the medical community.
Job Description:
- Directs the clinical programs of the organization according to the guidelines established for all staff physicians and mid-levels or similar training and board certification.
- Supervises the performance improvement activities of the health center that relate to the clinical program, including the clinical care measures.
- Supervises the clinical staff and allocates resources in order to carry out the health care program of our client
- Collaborates with the CEO, CFO, COO, CHRO, and Corporate Compliance Officer as an integral part of the executive team.
- Sets priorities and makes decisions on critical health care programs, partnerships and issues.
