Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and manage a growing recruitment function. This is a strategic role requiring strong leadership capability, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive scalable hiring solutions across complex business verticals.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a Talent Acquisition team of 3–4 members, including national talent

Own and manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple divisions

Design and execute strategic hiring plans aligned with business objectives and workforce planning

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and hard to fill roles

Partner closely with senior leadership and department heads across Real Estate, Engineering, and Construction

Oversee sourcing strategies, interviews, assessments, and offer management
-
Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, systems, and best practices
-
Strengthen employer branding initiatives and market presence

Provide data driven insights, reports, and hiring metrics to support leadership decisions

Support broader HR and organizational development initiatives as required
Requirements
-
8 to 12 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience

Proven experience in leading and managing recruitment teams

Strong exposure to Real Estate, Construction, or Engineering industries

Demonstrated strategic planning and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work in a fast paced, structured MNC environment

Fluent in Arabic (mandatory); English proficiency required

Willingness to work 5 days onsite
