Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and manage a growing recruitment function. This is a strategic role requiring strong leadership capability, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive scalable hiring solutions across complex business verticals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a Talent Acquisition team of 3–4 members, including national talent

  • Own and manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple divisions

  • Design and execute strategic hiring plans aligned with business objectives and workforce planning

  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and hard to fill roles

  • Partner closely with senior leadership and department heads across Real Estate, Engineering, and Construction

  • Oversee sourcing strategies, interviews, assessments, and offer management

  • Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, systems, and best practices

  • Strengthen employer branding initiatives and market presence

  • Provide data driven insights, reports, and hiring metrics to support leadership decisions

  • Support broader HR and organizational development initiatives as required

Requirements

  • 8 to 12 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience

  • Proven experience in leading and managing recruitment teams

  • Strong exposure to Real Estate, Construction, or Engineering industries

  • Demonstrated strategic planning and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, structured MNC environment

  • Fluent in Arabic (mandatory); English proficiency required

  • Willingness to work 5 days onsite
