We are looking for experienced professionals from the hospitality, office space, or hotel industry who are passionate about driving sales and delivering exceptional client experiences.
As a Space Selling Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing the utilization and revenue of our meetings and events facilities. The role focuses on proactive outreach, client engagement, relationship building, and execution of effective sales and marketing strategies. From handling initial inquiries to facility tours, preparing quotations, closing deals, and ensuring seamless event delivery, you will own the entire sales process.
This role also requires continuous market research, refining sales strategies, and building strong partnerships to achieve and exceed revenue targets while maintaining budget objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Management

Drive sales of meetings & events facilities by handling inquiries, conducting tours, preparing quotations, and closing deals.

Engage in structured daily sales calls to generate new business.

Consistently acquire new clients and meet or exceed sales targets.

Conduct market research to identify opportunities, industry trends, and competitor positioning.

Execute sales and marketing initiatives aligned with strategic direction.

Represent the brand at industry events, networking groups, and on social media to enhance visibility and lead generation.

Collaborate with the Engagement Team to ensure flawless client event execution.

Prepare forecasts, budgets, and regular sales reports with market insights.

Explore new business channels to expand market reach.
Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

Foster a culture of upselling to maximize value and client satisfaction.

Maintain high retention rates by ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Establish and nurture strategic relationships with business associations, chambers, government bodies, and PR firms.

Partner with the Engagement Team to deliver outstanding client experiences from inquiry to event completion.
Inventory & Database Management

Ensure accurate and timely updates in the CRM system for sales data and client accounts.

Maintain and manage databases for clients, competitors, and stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.

Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in hospitality, office space sales, coworking, or event space selling.

Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting.
