Purpose of the Role:

The Digital Marketing Associate will lead all marketing activities from concept to execution. Working closely with the marketing, creative, and commercial teams and overseeing the day-to-day execution of e-commerce lead generation and digital marketing campaigns, s/he is responsible for ensuring that the brand is consistently represented and promoted in line with company directives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop the annual marketing strategy and campaign calendar in line with business objectives.
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience of the e-commerce site.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across customer touchpoints.
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Ensure the accurate implementation of Media Mix Modeling (MMM) and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) to analyze the impact of marketing activities and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Understand and use MMM for strategic budget allocation and long-term campaign planning, and MTA for detailed customer journey analysis and real-time optimization of active campaigns.

Experience in:

  • Designing and conducting A/B tests on web funnels and apps.
  • Tracking and data analysis.
  • Deep linking for app and web marketing.
  • Data integration and comprehensive reporting.
  • Advertising management for various platforms.
  • CRM integration for seamless customer data handling.
  • Content distribution across multiple digital channels.
  • Social media automation to streamline content posting and engagement.
  • In-app advertising to reach users directly within mobile apps.
  • Retargeting to re-engage users and boost conversions.

Professional Requirements:

  • Bachelors/Diploma in Marketing/Marketing Communications or a related discipline.
  • Proven working experience of 4 to 5 years in digital marketing and e-commerce brand management.
  • Demonstrable experience leading digital brands in an e-commerce setting.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends).
  • Working knowledge of ad-serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas).
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Understanding and practical experience with MMM and MTA concepts and tools.
  • Ability to interpret and apply MMM and MTA results to improve marketing performance and budget allocation.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Mixpanel or similar.
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
  • Familiarity with Freshworks (desirable).
  • Experience with Adjust, Appsflyer, or similar platforms for mobile tracking and deep linking.
