Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive with a strong background in the events industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales for corporate events, exhibitions, activations, and related services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients across industries for event-related services
  • Pitch event solutions to corporates, PR agencies, and government/semi-government entities
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in coordination with the internal team
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business
  • Attend industry networking events and exhibitions to build a client pipeline
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless event execution
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts

Requirements:

  • Indian nationality (as per client preference)
  • 2-5 years of experience in event sales within the UAE
  • Strong network of corporate clients and agencies in the region
  • Valid UAE driving license
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Goal-oriented and highly motivated personality
