Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)

  • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns focused on brand awareness and lead generation

  • Create and manage a monthly content calendar aligning with marketing objectives

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and storytelling

  • Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and optimize for better ROI

  • Engage with online communities, respond to comments/messages, and foster audience interaction

  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices

  • Coordinate with design and content teams; ability to independently create visuals and short videos is a strong plus

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in social media management and paid campaign execution

  • Strong understanding of key social platforms and ad managers (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)

  • Demonstrated success in driving both brand visibility and lead generation

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms is preferred

  • Graphic design and video editing skills are highly desirable

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
