Our client, a leading organization in the Urban Planning & Development sector, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead for a 6-month contractual role, with strong potential to transition into a permanent position based on performance.
This is a critical leadership role where you will take full ownership of the talent acquisition function, manage end-to-end recruitment activities, and build capabilities within a team of Emirati recruiters. You will play a key role in strengthening the talent strategy aligned with the organizations growth and national vision objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the talent acquisition function, ensuring delivery of high-quality, timely recruitment outcomes for diverse business units.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Emirati recruiters, enhancing their capabilities and performance.
- Develop and implement talent strategies that support business goals within the Urban Planning, Real Estate, and Construction sectors.
- Partner with senior leadership and business stakeholders to understand workforce plans and translate them into effective hiring strategies.
- Oversee recruitment processes, from sourcing and interviewing to offer management and onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and alignment with Emiratization goals.
- Build and maintain a strong network of talent within the sector to ensure a proactive approach to hiring.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 10-15 years of proven talent acquisition experience, with a focus on Real Estate, Construction, or Urban Development sectors.
- Strong track record of leading recruitment functions and teams.
- Experience working with and developing Emirati talent is highly preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is essential, given the nature of the role and the need for close collaboration with Arabic-speaking stakeholders.
- Only Arabic-speaking candidates will be considered for this role, to ensure cultural and linguistic alignment in this strategic position.
Contract Details:
- Duration: 6 months (with strong potential for conversion to a full-time, permanent role based on performance)
- Location: On-site in the UAE
