About the job VP of Partnerships / Channel Sales
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Partnerships / Channel Sales to drive the growth and adoption of our Recruitment ATS (Applicant Tracking System) solutions through a robust partner ecosystem. This role will be instrumental in expanding our market reach by building alliances with recruitment agencies, HR tech vendors, RPOs, HR consultants, and system integrators who serve the talent acquisition industry.
The ideal candidate will have deep experience in SaaS partnership developmentpreferably within HR Tech or ATS platformswith a strong understanding of the recruitment ecosystem, partner enablement strategies, and scalable indirect sales models.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and lead the global channel sales strategy for our ATS platform targeting recruitment agencies, staffing firms, HR tech providers, and system integrators.

Build and manage a partner network of resellers, implementation partners, RPOs, and co-selling alliances that align with our go-to-market and revenue growth goals.

Forge strong, strategic relationships with partners that result in increased ATS deployments and subscription revenue.

Design and implement scalable partner programs, including onboarding, certification, training, enablement, and tiered incentive structures.

Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing to drive co-branded campaigns, partner toolkits, and thought leadership initiatives in the HR tech space.

Lead contract negotiations, joint business planning, and revenue-sharing models with channel partners and alliances.

Continuously monitor KPIs related to partner performance, revenue contribution, and pipeline acceleration.

Identify and onboard strategic technology partners for product integrations (e.g., CRM, job boards, payroll, or background screening tools) to increase platform stickiness.

Represent the company at HR tech events, recruitment summits, and industry expos to promote our partner program and solution capabilities.

Stay abreast of trends in talent acquisition, ATS innovation, and competitor strategies to refine and future-proof our partner approach.
Required Experience & Qualifications:

10+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with 5+ years in channel sales or strategic alliances within HR Tech, ATS, or recruitment SaaS platforms.

Proven success building and scaling partner-driven revenue models in the recruitment or talent acquisition space.

Strong understanding of the recruitment agency ecosystem, HR workflows, and ATS use cases across SMBs and enterprises.

Demonstrated ability to build partner programs that scale globally with structured KPIs and measurable ROI.

Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success teams.
