About the job HR Manager - Retail
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources function within the retail sector. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of HR experience, preferably in managing HR operations across multi-store retail environments. You will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, HR policy compliance, and supporting the growth and development of our retail workforce.
Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:

Lead end-to-end recruitment for retail roles across stores and corporate functions.

Develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent aligned with retail business needs.

Oversee onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

Act as a trusted advisor to store managers and retail leadership on employee matters.

Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.

Address grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions as needed.

Performance Management:

Manage performance appraisal cycles and goal-setting processes.

Support managers in identifying training needs and coaching for performance improvement.

HR Operations & Compliance:

Ensure adherence to local labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.

Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HRIS data.

Lead audits, HR reporting, and compliance-related documentation.

Requirements:

Minimum 8 years of experience in HR, preferably in retail or consumer-facing industries.

Proven experience in handling HR operations for multi-location or high-volume retail teams.
