Financial Markets Manager

We are looking for a highly analytical and dynamic Financial Markets Manager to lead trading, investment strategy and client portfolio management within our capital markets division. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of equities, fixed income, derivatives and macroeconomic trends, with proven experience in managing risk and driving investment performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee trading operations across various financial instruments: equities, bonds, derivatives and forex.
• Develop and execute market strategies aligned with company and client objectives.
• Analyze market trends, economic indicators and news impacting financial instruments.
• Manage client portfolios and provide investment advice based on market conditions and risk appetite.
• Monitor trading risks, ensure compliance with regulations and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Liaise with institutional clients, brokers, analysts and regulators.
• Prepare investment reports, performance analytics and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the development of junior traders or analysts within the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; CFA/FRM is a strong plus.
• Minimum 57 years of experience in trading, investment management, or financial analysis.
• Deep understanding of financial instruments, market microstructure and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficient in Bloomberg, Reuters, Excel (VBA preferred), or trading platforms.
• Excellent communication, decision-making and leadership skills.
