Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Project Manager to lead and deliver high-rise and residential construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large-scale projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out.

• Lead project teams and coordinate with architects, consultants, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

• Prepare and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively.

• Monitor project progress, resolve issues promptly, and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.

• Review and approve project designs, schedules, and material submittals in line with project specifications.

• Ensure compliance with local construction codes, health, safety, and environmental standards.

• Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings to track milestones and quality standards.

• Identify and mitigate project risks to avoid delays or budget overruns.

• Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (Masters preferred).

• Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in managing high-rise and residential construction projects.

• Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills.

• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, methods, and regulatory requirements.

• Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera, MS Project) and familiarity with AutoCAD.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage internal teams and external stakeholders.

• UAE/GCC experience and a valid UAE driving license (preferred).
