About the job Project Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager with an architectural background and proven experience in miniature building and architectural model creation. This role bridges creative design with project execution, overseeing the development of scale models used for construction presentations, urban planning, exhibitions, and client approvals.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for architectural miniature/model building projects.

Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to understand model specifications and requirements.

Plan timelines, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality models.

Supervise model-making teams, ensuring precision, realism, and adherence to design intent.

Source and manage materials, tools, and fabrication techniques specific to scale modeling.

Oversee quality control, model presentation, and client review sessions.

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams to align with project goals.

Ensure project documentation, budgeting, and reporting is maintained accurately.
Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural model making and project management.

Strong understanding of construction techniques, scale, spatial design, and visual presentation.

Hands-on experience with model-making tools, 3D printing, laser cutting, and crafting materials.

Preferred Qualifications:
