Were looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and results-driven D2C Website Manager to oversee the daily operations, performance, and optimization of our e-commerce website. You will play a key role in delivering a seamless shopping experience, driving online sales, and ensuring brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Website Management:
    • Manage and update content on the website (products, banners, landing pages, blogs).
    • Ensure product listings are accurate, up to date, and SEO-optimized.
    • Monitor website performance, uptime, and responsiveness.
    • Coordinate with developers/designers for bug fixes, improvements, and new feature rollouts.
  • E-commerce Strategy & Optimization:
    • Analyze user behavior and website analytics (Google Analytics, heatmaps, etc.) to identify opportunities for CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
    • A/B test landing pages, CTAs, checkout flows, etc.
    • Optimize site for SEO, speed, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Inventory & Order Management:
    • Work with supply chain/operations teams to sync inventory and manage product availability.
    • Ensure accurate tracking of orders, shipping, and returns through the platform.
  • Marketing Integration:
    • Collaborate with digital marketing, social, and CRM teams to execute campaigns (email, ads, influencer drops).
    • Ensure tracking pixels, UTM tags, and analytics tools are properly integrated.
  • Customer Experience & Support:
    • Monitor user feedback and ensure frictionless UX across the funnel.
    • Coordinate with customer support to resolve escalated issues and reduce churn.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience managing a D2C or e-commerce website.
  • Proficiency with platforms like Shopify, Magento, or similar CMS.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce KPIs and analytics tools (GA4, Hotjar, Search Console, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Email Marketing).
  • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
