We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor with a strong background in overseeing high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction supervision, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, timelines, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with approved plans, specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.

  • Monitor daily site operations, resolving design, materials, or execution issues promptly.

  • Oversee the performance of construction personnel and engineering teams to ensure efficient and high-quality work.

  • Inspect materials and construction methods to verify compliance with specifications and approved standards.

  • Maintain accurate site documentation, including progress reports, field notes, technical evaluations, and maintenance records.

  • Coordinate and manage maintenance activities for construction systems and associated equipment.

  • Assist in planning and implementing preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and ensure efficiency.

  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to construction processes, resource allocation, and job specifications.

  • Liaise with stakeholders to coordinate schedules, outages, and required adjustments.

  • Respond promptly to inquiries and provide technical support throughout project phases.

  • Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.

  • Participate in the assessment and evaluation of engineering personnel.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in construction supervision, with at least 5 years on high-rise building projects.

  • Proven track record of managing site activities, coordinating engineering teams, and ensuring compliance with specifications and safety standards.

  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and industry best practices.

  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, plans, and specifications.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick, sound decisions on-site.

  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.

  • Effective communication skills and ability to liaise with contractors and multidisciplinary teams.

  • Familiarity with project management tools and MS Office Suite; knowledge of AutoCAD/Revit is an advantage.
