The role focuses on developing strategies, tools, and processes that enable employees to achieve peak performance against business and leadership goals. In partnership with business leaders, you will enhance the performance framework, drive competency development, assess and motivate talent, and contribute to policies that engage and retain employees across the assigned region. This position combines strategic, operational, and tactical HR leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead performance management initiatives, including goal setting, mid-year and year-end reviews, succession planning, high-potential talent identification, and critical role assessments.

  • Partner with stakeholders to manage KRAs/KPIs, processes, and communications involved in performance and talent management for senior managers and department heads.

  • Oversee the end-to-end performance management cycle and ensure timely and accurate completion of appraisals within the assigned region.

  • Support line managers in applying the Performance Management System and provide guidance for successful implementation.

  • Collect and analyze performance data, providing insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness.

  • Design and implement HR policies for the region to enhance organizational performance.

  • Conduct talent assessments and reviews to identify, develop, and retain high-potential employees, building succession plans with a focus on diversity and inclusion.

  • Develop competencies that define critical skills and knowledge, enabling better talent discussions, assessments, and closing developmental gaps.

  • Act as a business partner in developing sourcing and recruitment strategies to meet business needs.

  • Leverage internal data and external best practices to identify trends and drivers that enhance employee performance.

  • Champion a culture of outstanding performance management through communication campaigns and organizational initiatives.

  • Ensure talent management and performance management programs are aligned with improving operational efficiency and overall effectiveness.

Knowledge & Experience Requirements

  • Postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field.

  • 10 - 12 years of experience in performance management, employee development, or talent management.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically and independently.

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing HR tools, processes, and initiatives.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

  • Strong program management, execution, teamwork, and organizational abilities.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects against tight timelines.

  • Collaborative team player capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
