About the Role
A confidential logistics organisation in Dubai is seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in 3PL, freight forwarding, and supply chain solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, developing new business, and managing key accounts within the UAE logistics market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets across 3PL and freight forwarding services.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the UAE and GCC markets.
- Manage and grow relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, pricing structures, and commercial presentations.
- Collaborate with operations, customer service, and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
- Lead contract negotiations and close high‑value deals.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and activity reports.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience in 3PL, freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain within the UAE.
- Strong understanding of air, sea, and land freight operations, warehousing, and value‑added logistics services.
- Established network of clients across key industries (retail, FMCG, manufacturing, e‑commerce, etc.).
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and close complex logistics deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to build long‑term client relationships.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
