Production Lead / Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Lead / Manager to oversee manufacturing operations in the pharmaceutical and personal care industry. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge, leadership abilities, and a proven track record of ensuring efficient, compliant, and quality-driven production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily production activities across pharmaceutical and personal care product lines.

• Plan, organize, and optimize production schedules to meet customer demand and quality standards.

• Monitor and improve operational efficiency, productivity, and cost control.

• Supervise and mentor production staff, ensuring training and development.

• Collaborate with QA/QC, R&D, supply chain, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives in production processes.

• Ensure strict adherence to safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations.

• Maintain accurate documentation and prepare reports for management and regulatory audits.

• Drive new product introductions and scaling up of manufacturing processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) mandatory.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical / personal care manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.

• Proven ability to manage production teams and large-scale operations.

• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills.

• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
