About the job Recruitment Head
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Recruitment Head to lead the talent acquisition function for a leading retail business in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of recruitment experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a recruitment consultancy or executive search firm. This role will oversee end-to-end recruitment strategy, employer branding, and talent pipeline management to support the rapid growth of the retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Strategy

Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.

Manage high-volume hiring across retail outlets, corporate, and support functions.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and leadership roles.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management

Partner with senior leadership to understand workforce needs and deliver effective hiring solutions.

Lead, mentor, and guide the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.

Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market trends, compensation, and candidate availability.
Recruitment Operations

Drive the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer negotiation.

Utilize recruitment tools, ATS systems, and social platforms for efficient hiring.

Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
Employer Branding & Market Intelligence

Enhance the companys employer brand to attract top talent in the retail sector.

Leverage experience in recruitment firms to map competitors, conduct talent research, and identify passive candidates.

Represent the company at recruitment fairs, industry events, and networking platforms.
Requirements

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a recruitment consultancy or executive search firm.

Proven experience in managing high-volume hiring in the retail or FMCG sector is preferred.

Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, market mapping, and sourcing tools.
