Job Summary

The Director – Client Acquisition & Relationship Management will lead strategic business development initiatives, drive revenue growth, and strengthen long-term client partnerships across the financial and consulting sectors. The role requires a commercially driven professional with strong market networks, consultative selling expertise, and the ability to manage complex client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business development and client acquisition plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate services, financial advisory, and consulting solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, investors, and senior stakeholders.
  • Lead negotiations for high-value contracts, partnerships, and strategic engagements.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation through successful deal closure.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high client satisfaction.
  • Represent the organization at networking events, conferences, and industry forums.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging business opportunities.
  • Mentor and guide junior business development professionals to enhance overall team performance.
  • Develop customized solutions tailored to client requirements across multiple jurisdictions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 8–10 years of experience in B2B sales, relationship management, or business development.
  • Strong exposure to financial services, consulting, corporate services, or professional services industries.
  • Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation.
  • Strong network within the UAE business and investor ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong understanding of company formation, corporate structuring, and advisory services.
  • Ability to operate in multicultural and multi-jurisdiction environments.
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and commercial acumen.
