Introduction/Overview

We are seeking an experienced Quadient Developer to contribute to enterprise-scale document generation and customer communication management (CCM) initiatives. This role is ideal for a mid-senior level professional with a strong background in Quadient Inspire Suite and integration across diverse IT platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain high-quality document automation systems, optimize form development processes, and manage data inputs and outputs across print and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

CCM Solution Design & Development:

  • Develop document templates and workflows using Quadient Inspire, Scaler, Dynamic Communications, and Interactive modules.

  • Participate in architecture discussions, providing insights on best practices for form development, data transformation, and systems integration.

Lifecycle & Platform Integration:

  • Collaborate in the full system development lifecycle, supporting document processing and output (PDF, AFP, TNO) for printing and mailing operations.

  • Integrate with upstream and downstream systems using platforms such as Unix, AIX, and Linux.

  • Manage input data from various formats, including XML, JSON, and flat files; utilize APIs, MQ, and SFTP for data exchange.

Monitoring & Support:

  • Analyze and interpret Scaler Dashboard activity to monitor jobs and proactively detect job abends or issues.

  • Provide end-to-end support for document generation processes, ensuring seamless operation and output delivery.

Required Skills and Expertise

Experience:

  • Minimum 9 years in Information Technology with a strong focus on document automation or CCM technologies.

  • Direct hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire Suite (including Scaler, Dynamic Communications, and Interactive).

Technical Proficiency:

  • Proficient in data transformation using XML, JSON, and flat files.

  • Familiarity with output formats such as TNO, PDF, and AFP.

  • Skilled in fetching and transferring data through API, MQ, and SFTP protocols.

Professional Attributes:

  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with business and IT stakeholders.

  • Capable of producing functional and technical design documentation, including mapping specifications.

  • Excellent troubleshooting and system monitoring abilities.

Other Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • No relocation assistance or visa sponsorship available.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Java, SQL, Oracle Documaker, or other CCM tools such as Xpression.

  • Familiarity with Groovy scripting, GitHub version control, and AWS cloud environments.
