We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservations Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist clients with booking travel arrangements, providing personalized recommendations, and ensuring a seamless reservation experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries regarding travel reservations
• Book and manage flights, hotels, cruises, and vacation packages
• Customize travel itineraries based on client preferences and budget
• Provide accurate information on destinations, pricing, and promotions
• Process changes, cancellations, and special requests
• Maintain accurate client records and booking details
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire booking process
