Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in ABA therapy, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to evidence-based interventions. You will oversee behavioral programs, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to ensure individualized care.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.

Implement evidence-based interventions to improve behavior, communication, and social skills.

Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and ABA therapists.

Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams for treatment effectiveness.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and program effectiveness.

Provide training and support to staff and families on ABA principles and strategies.

Ensure compliance with BACB standards and state regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (active).

Valid BCBA license in Georgia (required).

Minimum 3+ years of experience in clinical, home, or school-based ABA therapy.

Strong leadership and supervisory skills.

Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.

Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and report writing.

CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
