Project Manager - Low-Latency Infrastructure (Trading Domain)

As part of the company's continued growth, we are hiring a Project Manager - Low-Latency Infrastructure. This is a unique hybrid role combining technical infrastructure understanding with project coordination and vendor management. You will work at the intersection of engineering, operations, and trading teams, leading projects related to networking and cloud optimization across multiple geographies.

Location: full-time role based in Cyprus.

What kind of qualifications we are looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in network engineering, telecom, or cloud infrastructure;
• Hands-on understanding of low-latency networks, connectivity optimization, and cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Alicloud);
• Strong interest or experience in project management, with ability to manage timelines, costs, and vendor relations;
• Experience working with telecom providers, brokers, and infrastructure vendors;
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects in a dynamic setting;
• Proficiency in English (B2+); knowledge of Russian is a plus;
• Certifications like AWS Cloud Practitioner, Google Cloud Associate, Cisco CCNA, or similar are an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive infrastructure projects focused on low-latency connectivity and cloud infrastructure across regions;
• Collaborate with trading and IT teams to define project scopes, technical requirements, and milestones;
• Coordinate with external service providers to ensure optimal connectivity and system performance;
• Manage timelines, budgets, vendor negotiations, and implementation plans;
• Track and document project progress, insights, and best practices;
• Conduct market research on new networking and cloud technologies to drive innovation.
