About the Company and Role

We are hiring a Head of Growth for a fast-growing international product team operating across Fintech, Telecom, and the Creator Economy. The team builds digital platforms that combine global payments, mobile connectivity, and content monetization and is now looking for a performance-driven leader to take growth to the next level.

This is a high-priority role with direct impact on business metrics. You will work closely with the CMO and manage key areas of growth, including performance marketing, analytics, CRM, and funnel optimization while building scalable internal processes and growth capabilities.

Location: Cyprus, Yerevan (Armenia), Dubai (UAE) - hybrid or office.

Interview Process:

What kind of qualifications we are looking for:

  • 5+ years in growth or performance marketing roles;
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset;
  • Experience working hands-on with tracking, attribution, and paid acquisition;
  • Ability to work both strategically and operationally in a fast-paced environment;
  • Comfortable managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects at once;
  • Strong communication and prioritization skills;
  • English proficiency (B2 and above).

What you will do:

  • Take ownership of performance KPIs across all marketing channels;
  • Build and maintain the analytics stack (GA, GTM, dashboards, CRM integrations);
  • Scale paid marketing and manage performance campaigns across platforms;
  • Optimize conversion funnels, from landing pages to onboarding and attribution;
  • Align growth initiatives with product, brand, and design teams;
  • Manage and grow a distributed team (performance, CRM/lifecycle, SEO);
  • Build scalable workflows using internal resources, freelancers, and agencies.
