About the Company and Role
We are hiring a Senior System Analyst for a large international project in the electric vehicle (EV) domain.
This is a greenfield project where the team is building a full digital ecosystem for EV manufacturing. The landscape includes 40+ systems, from core enterprise platforms to production and automation.
The role sits in the middle of architecture and integrations, with a focus on APIs, system interactions and behaviour.
You will work closely with architects and engineering teams and take ownership of how systems interact end-to-end.
Location: remote, full-time role in the EU time zone.
We are offering:
- Compensation up to $5,000 gross, depending on experience (B2B contract);

What kind of qualifications we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in system analysis;
- Strong background as a System Analyst in complex systems;
- Solid understanding of system architecture and integrations;
- Hands-on experience with APIs and system interactions;
- Experience with UML, BPMN or similar modelling tools;
- Ability to work in changing environments;
- Strong communication skills;
- Structured and proactive mindset;
- English B2 (confident communication with international teams).
Responsibilities:
- Analyse and design system interactions across multiple products;
- Work on integrations between internal systems and external vendors;
- Translate business logic into system-level solutions;
- Validate system behaviour, data flows and integration points;
- Work closely with architects on solution design;
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams;
- Maintain system documentation.
What will be part of your day-to-day work:
- Work with APIs in a hands-on way using tools like Postman;
- Test and validate endpoints, not just document them;
- Check request and response structures, field mappings and session setup;
- Investigate integration behaviour and troubleshoot issues in real scenarios;
- Validate API contracts and ensure systems interact correctly;
- Design sequence diagrams and process flows using UML or BPMN;
- Turn complex integrations into clear and structured documentation;
- Work with tools like Lucidchart or similar;
- Maintain and structure the knowledge base (Azure Wiki or similar).
Nice to have Requirements:
- Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft;
- Background in automotive or manufacturing;
- Experience in international teams.
