Job Description

  • Design the entire service process and model for international flight ticketing, establish comprehensive improvement plans benchmarked against competitors.
  • Address service experience pain points by promoting the streamlining and transformation of upstream and downstream processes with airlines and suppliers, enhancing the overall user experience.
  • Responsible for managing fluctuations in the international flight ticketing business process.
  • In charge of international flight ticket auditing work, clarifying the purpose of audits, developing auditing plans, and monitoring the standardization and consistency of process execution; producing audit reports, providing feedback to relevant departments for action to
    address deficiencies; and conducting audit reviews to confirm the effectiveness of improvements.
  • Establish international flight ticket process monitoring system to conduct operational monitoring throughout the entire process.
  • Identify areas of high cost in the operation of international flight ticketing services and enhance service efficiency through system optimization and business chain restructuring.

Job Requirement

  • Over 3 years of experience in related customer service roles. 
  • Familiar with the entire process of international flight ticketing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of effectively working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • A proactive problem-solving attitude and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing operational needs.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin, for managing international ticketing processes and communicating with various stakeholders.
