  • Monitor competitors movement and provide marketing information and intelligence.
  • Formulate and execute business strategies & action plans to create potential sales pipelines.
  • Renders technical consultancy & advice on Hitachi product to complete and secure project sales.
  • Attends sales enquiries, tenders and/or technical clarification.
  • Scrutinizes and prepares quotations and tender submission including deviations, if necessary.
  • Performs market analysis and report findings to corroborate with business strategy, proposes business structure, pricing structure and respectively for commercial conditions.
  • Assist and support management to execute and manage on:-
    a. Daily department work
    b. Management and all relevant report as required. Sales and marketing follow up with end users, M&E consultants and contractors.
  • Attends and participates in tender interviews for negotiation of sales.
  • Finalizes and secures tender/sales as much as possible with premiums of preferences in price and/or conditions.
  • Monitors projects progress, individual customers payment behaviors, assists credit controller in dealing with bad paymaster.
  • Obtain feedback including complaints/compliments from customers about Hitachi's performance.

Job Requirement

  • Minimum 5 years and above.
  • Channel partner development and management 
  • Track record to generate and deliver at least RM5.0mil revenue.
  • Exposure and experienced in industrial component business, especially for UPS and air compressors.
  • Degree in Engineering / Business Admin/Economics / Marketing
