AUDIT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE/MANAGER (Japanese)
Job Description:
Responsibilities
· Opportunity development for Tax/ Financial Advisory / Enterprise Risk/ Audit/ Services, introducing new services to clients as well as identifying cross selling opportunities
· Develop activities target at clients focus on Korean company and Japanese company
· Follow up on the sales leads to realization of contracts / projects.
· Report directly to CEO of sale pipelines and client activities
· Engage in relationship building activities with clients
· Provide business and relationship-related inputs to project team during the preparation of presentations and proposals
· Provide feedback to the project team, facilitate and help resolve objections to secure the contract
· Manage a portfolio of audit clients and respond all technical & customers’ queries
· Continue maintaining relationship with the new clients during the course of project delivery
· Continue maintaining relationship with the clients to help generate additional engagements
· Support and collaborate with CEO in business planning, opportunities scanning, marketing communications and regional sales execution
· Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
· Nationalities: Japanese
· Fluency in English
· Min. Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
· At least 2 years experience working experience in the field of business development
· Must have strong to develop new FDI clients (focus on Korean company and Japanese company)
· Possess managerial, Strong leadership, Customer-centric skills
· Mature, Creative, Dynamic and Open-minded with a good sense of business acumen
· Team player, great communicator & able to lead
