Sales Training Deputy Manager
· Develop training program and activities following company strategy
· Design, deliver training, coaching program and materials to company distribution channel
· Recruit, manage, train the trainer
· Report training activities
· Other assigned task by line manager
Qualifications & Other Requirements:
· University degree, lean toward more serious level and additionally studying Insurance /Economic/ Finance/ Banking...
· At least 3 years working experience in training at Bancassurance in Bank or Insurance company, insight in e-learning is a preferred position
· Certificate of insurances (LOMA,...)
· Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, fluent English
· Solid information on Insurance as a rule and Life Insurance specifically
· Excellent correspondence, introduction and relational abilities
· Result situated and high obligation to work.
