Ø Supervises all accounting and financial activities, in accordance with corporate and division policies and procedures. Several activity areas such as general accounting, cost accounting, budgeting, Tax. Ø Cost Control. Ø Cash Management and Treasury Service Ø Tax. Ø Control Stock & Fixed Asset. Ø Analysis & Explanation of monthly financial reports. Ø Accounting Management report. Ø P/L Report by cost center & explanation (excel, SAP) Ø SAP roll-out

Key Tasks & Responsibilities |
v General ledgers and Accounting Data: ü Control all expense entry in ledgers. ü Check & Control posting Journal v Cash Management and Treasury Service. ü Control & Reconcile cash v Control expense: ü Analysis and control Budget & Actual expense. ü Control material expense issue for production. v Coordination with Planning, Production and Warehouse in control. ü Plans/ Schedules/ Takes Observation for Stock Taking (Cycle Count). ü Review Materials Control SOP and proposes to change if needed. ü Analysis aging Stock. ü Control material expense issue for production. v Management report. ü Calculate KPIs ü Some Management report use for control OPCVN: Productivity, cost… v Tax. ü Contact with the government about Tax policy.
