To benchmark with best practice and to develop policies and systems 

3. Recruitment and Team Building 
To lead and develop a team of HR Professionals 
To recruit and develop Executives and key management positions 

4. Organization and People Development 
To facilitate organization planning and manage NGL Program
To review and manage Head counts expansion

To design and review the rewards system
