-Attend any walk in customer to factory
-Provide any technical consultation to assist customer queries.
-To provide technical support to local dealers and Overseas factory
-Prepare repair tools quotation upon customer queries.
-To troubleshoot and repair all kind of power tools and outdoor power equipment (OPE) and comply/meet company target timeline.
-Check and key-in customer data for daily incoming/outgoing tools to meet company timeline.
-Prepare Repair Worksheets upon completion of repaired tools.
-To follow up customer on collection of repair tools
-70% Customer service 30% Workshop.
-Nitec / Diploma in Engineering or any related discipline
-At least 2 - 3 years of experience in troubleshootingof power equipment
-Independent and hands on applicant
