Job Description:

Location: Kaki Bukit

Time: 8 hours shift work per day, with 1 rest day per week (48 days workweek, 4 hours considered as OT)

Operational Hours: 8AM - 10PM (14 hours) including weekends and public holidays

Start: 1 November 2020

- Must be willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
- To address phone queries from the public or merchants
- Log each call received into tool and follow up till closure
- Selected few may need to attend to written related inquiries, and feedback received through websites, emails, and social media
- Skillsets: Basic computer and mobile app usage
- Experience in Customer Service / Call Centre will be added advantages.
- Possess excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills No experience welcome
