Admin Assistant (6 months Contract)

 Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Involved in daily administrative duties like answering calls, taking messages for employees, customers, etc
  • Distribute/circulate faxes, memos or correspondences to concerned departmental personnel and handle courier and postage matters
  • Schedule meetings or appointments for Managing Director or Department Manager
  • Arrange lunch, maintaining and tracking of stationeries and pantry items. Admin housekeeping such as printer, photocopier, lighting…etc
  • Attend to visitors and facilitate on issuing visitor passes and Jurong Island passes to guest entering office premises. Arrange uniform and serving drinks to guests,
  • Arrangement of company bus and liaise with contractors on repair issues/schedule
  • Assist in keeping track of usage and maintenance of company car
  • Any adhoc duties as assigned


Requirements             

 

  • Diploma / COS/ Nitec in Business or any related discipline
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant admin support working experience
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and PC literate
  • Mature, pleasant personality, customer service oriented, organized and a team player
