Responsibilities:

• Obtain new service contracts and maintain contract renewal
• Campaign and get sales for major repairs and field service repair jobs and follow up on documentation
• Provide and follow-up on rental repair chargeable jobs
• Build rapport and provide logistics solutions to key and fleet customers

Requirements:

• NITEC and above
• Min. 2 years in service advisor role of any relevant industry
• Basic technical knowledge in Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
