Receptionist cum Admin (ubi)

 Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service at all times
  • Answer telephone calls and direct to appropriate staff members
  • Assist in keeping the reception area and meeting rooms clean and tidy at all times
  • Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail
  • Manage and distribute local and overseas packages as well as local and overseas postage mail
  • Assist in employees housing arrangements and coordination of office supplies
  • Be responsible for evacuation, in cases of emergency, acting as first point of contact for guests and the emergency services
  • Perform administrative duties including but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing, filing, franking
  • Carry out instructions given by the management team and Human Resource Department.
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

  • At least O levels and above qualification or equivalent from recognized institutions.
  • IT Savvy (Microsoft Excel, Words and Power point).
  • Great interpersonal skill and customer oriented; yet be discreet.
  • A good team player, meticulous and detailed.
  • Be able to communicate well with people of all levels.
