Receptionist cum Admin (ubi)
Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
- Answer telephone calls and direct to appropriate staff members
- Assist in keeping the reception area and meeting rooms clean and tidy at all times
- Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail
- Manage and distribute local and overseas packages as well as local and overseas postage mail
- Assist in employees housing arrangements and coordination of office supplies
- Be responsible for evacuation, in cases of emergency, acting as first point of contact for guests and the emergency services
- Perform administrative duties including but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing, filing, franking
- Carry out instructions given by the management team and Human Resource Department.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- At least O levels and above qualification or equivalent from recognized institutions.
- IT Savvy (Microsoft Excel, Words and Power point).
- Great interpersonal skill and customer oriented; yet be discreet.
- A good team player, meticulous and detailed.
- Be able to communicate well with people of all levels.
