 Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead compensation and benefits (C&B) programs in accordance with established policies and guidelines.
  • Ensure C&B standards comply with company policies, regulations, and legislation.
  • Collaborate with divisional/department heads to develop compensation plans and other C&B initiatives to support the achievement of organizational goals.
  • Lead and administer all compensation and benefits processes including appraisals to support salary increases, promotions and bonus payments.
  • Review annual salary structures.
  • Review, propose and implement staff benefits programmes, annual insurance renewals and medical benefits.
  • Analyse C&B market surveys, benchmark best C&B practices, fine-tune existing HR related systems and propose new initiatives.
  • Conduct job analysis and evaluation.
  • Implement annual manpower planning strategies, formulation and management of policies to attract and retain human capital.
  • Responsible for managing related HR systems pertaining to rewards, benefits, payroll and manpower planning from end to end, including managing the roll out of system projects and enhancements, system operations as well as partnering with both internal stakeholders and outsourced vendors to achieve efficient operations and optimal end-user experience.
  • Propose and submit annual manpower budget for organization to Finance and ensure that proposed manpower budget is in line with organisations financial goals.
  • Monitor and review manpower budget on a monthly basis based on filled headcount vis-à-vis budgeted headcount. Present the data for managements decision making.
  • Submission of MOM or any government required surveys related to manpower matters.
  • Grant claims submission to relevant Government authorities including the preparation and submission of application for grant approval and grant claims to relevant government authorities.
  • Implementation of staff welfare programmes and staff awards such as Long Service Awards. Propose and implement staff welfare programmes such as complimentary health screening and festive celebrations, etc.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree
  • At least 6 Years of working experience in the related field
  • Passionate about contributing to Social Services sector of Singapore. Prior experience in a charity/not-for-profit organisation is an added advantage but not mandatory
  • Knowledge in data analytics tools such as Power BI, Qlik would be an advantage.
  • Strong people leadership skills with at least 2 years of experience managing a team
  • Committed to the highest standards of ethical conduct
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
  • High learning agility, adaptable and resilience in the face of changes
  • Strong project management skills with high drive for continuous improvement and service excellence
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work very well with colleagues across teams
  • Adept in engaging and building rapport with staff across levels
