Senior Marketing Executive

 Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, plan, organize and execute physical and digital events/fairs/exhibition/seminars in Singapore & regionally
  • Manage event budgets, expenses and negotiate for best rates
  • Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of events
  • Develop creative artworks like e-invites, banners & posters for events and sponsorship
  • Handle and obtain sponsorship, sponsorship requests and collaborations with other relevant companies and associations
  • Plan and coordinate factory visits with Germany HQ and regional subsidiaries
  • Plan and organise activities to engage key accounts and customers
  • Source and produce corporate gifts and collaterals
  • Maintain and create marketing collaterals and assets
  • Manage PR and Media communications
  • Develop KOLs network to raise awareness to end consumers

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising or any related discipline
  • At least 3 to 5 years MNCexperience in events management , public relations, marketing, A&P from FMCG, retail or distributor related industry
  • Excellent presentation and communication skill with regional exposure
