Responsibilities:

• Shared services processing of suppliers invoices, employees expense claims and reimbursements
• Project Administration handle issuance of performance bonds, track expiry for renewals and cancellations.
• Support in maintaining strong internal controls within the Financial Cycle - Inventory & Petty Cash Receipts areas.
• Support in month end closing, including :

• General ledger journals

• Reconciliation of AP related balance sheets accounts

• Accruals for rebates, warranty, stock depreciation and tax

• Reconciliation of balance sheets accounts

• Bank reconciliation statements

• Inter- company balances reconciliations

• Review operating expenses for completeness of accruals, analyze Profit & loss

• Cash flow management

• Prepare quarterly GST returns; keep GST documentation in proper order.
• Handle office administration for the warehouse location and assist in distribution of goods received via courier.
• Backup on Accounts Receivable (AR) postings of receipts and AR clearing

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Accountancy, Business Finance or any related discipline
• Min 3 to 5 years of accounting AP experience from MNC or manufacturing industry
• Meticulous , detailed and able to work in fast pace environment, a team player
• Highly proficient in SAP and MS Excel
• Pro-active and positive attitude in a multicultural environment
