Customer Service Officer

 Job Description:

Role & Responsibilities

 ·         Maintain all shipping and tracking records of customer inventory and movement accurately using customer’s system and our WMS

·         Actively engage with customers to resolve feedback to ensure high level of satisfaction

·         Liaise with customers on container/cargo/material/ inventory and other administrative and customer service duties

·         Liaise with internal departments, vendors and third parties to process order requests from customers

·         Generate, maintain and submit a variety of reports periodically or as and when required

·         Attend to customers’ requests to ensure customer satisfaction and retention



 ·         Diploma holder with min 1 year customer service experience in third-party logistics industry

·         Good communication and writing skills

·         Perform overtime when required
