Sales Lead, AdTech Platform (Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam)

Our client is a prominent player in the digital marketing landscape, known for delivering impactful results for global agencies and leading brands. 

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-growth, fast-moving environment and is ready to take charge of digital advertising sales efforts in Vietnam. You'll be central to shaping strategy and expanding the client base within the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales performance focused on in-game digital advertising across the Vietnamese market.
  • Contribute to asset development and packaging to create market-ready offerings.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to clients across channels including social, influencer marketing, programmatic, search, mobile, analytics, and more.
  • Build and lead a motivated and high-performing sales team, helping secure top talent in the market.
  • Develop and execute a revenue growth plan aligned with business objectives.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders across agencies and brands.
  • Stay ahead of market dynamics and trends across media, marketing, and advertising sectors, both locally and internationally.
  • Champion our client's value proposition, tools, and partnerships, aligning them with commercial growth strategies.
  • Identify new areas of opportunity, including tech solutions for potential investment or collaboration.
  • Provide regular reporting to senior leadership, including detailed business development updates.
  • Represent the organization at relevant conferences, events, and client meetings including international engagements when needed.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

  • 3+ years of sales experience in digital marketing, advertising, or tech (agency background is a strong plus).
  • A proven track record of success in a commercial or client-facing leadership role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities
  • A collaborative mindset and confidence in managing high-level relationships
