HR Manager
Position Objective
Lead and manage the overall Human Resources strategy, ensuring compliance with Dominican labor laws and Free Zone regulations, aligning local policies with corporate guidelines from the U.S. headquarters, and fostering a strong, results-driven organizational culture.
Position Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in similar roles (preferably in Free Zone environments).
- Solid knowledge of Dominican labor legislation and Free Zone regulations.
- Experience in recruitment, payroll administration, benefits, performance management, and labor relations.
- Proficiency in TSS processes, salary structures, and HR management systems.
- English proficiency at native or second-language level.
- Valid drivers license and own vehicle.
- Availability for on-site work in San Pedro de Macorís.
