Our client, a global corporate organisation with 550 employees across 10 countries, is seeking an events and internal comms specialist to join the team.
- You will have proven experience in events, with strong expertise in virtual events including hosting, sourcing external presenters, administrative support, analysis and reporting.
- Youll have excellent communication and writing skills, including pre and post event social media writing to support the experience for our clients business.
- With around 2+ years experience, youll have a creative flair, Adobe Suite or similar experience, and be able to deliver digital events across geographic locations and time zones.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the internal communications function including two team members, developing the global events calendar, driving key projects in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, and designing and executing internal frameworks and processes to support employee engagement in recognition, reward, events and internal communications.
The role requires the effective end to end coordination and delivery of all internal global events within culturally diverse environments while meeting agreed budgets.
