Our client is recruiting for an Administration Support person to work alongside their Sales Support and Warehousing teams, to assist with ensuring our customers orders are processed on time and with 100% accuracy. The business operates in the automotive parts sector, and is a well established and respected business supplying components throughout Australia.

The Administrator's role is a key part of the Sales support team's function.

What youll be doing includes:

  • Processing of new customer enquiries & sales orders.

Managing all sales order-related questions to ensure all customers receive a high level of service in a timely manner.

Managing the ordering system information, to ensure the team is working with the most up to date information at all times.

  • General office administration duties that include:
  • Monthly reporting on key areas of the sales management function.
  • Maintaining sales documentation.
  • Collating and coordination of freight documentation
  • Supporting the wider team and other general duties as required to ensure customers are happy and receive the best service.

Heres what we are looking for :

  • Previous experience in an Administrator, Accounts or similar role. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate to gain experience in a commercial environment.
  • A proven ability to build relationships with customers, fellow work colleagues, and management. This is a people based role, and its important you enjoy working with others.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and work to good time management and organisational levels. Do you love processes and making sure things are done properly?
  • Experience working with MYOB or similar sales/accounting systems.
  • Good communication skills; i.e being able to communicate clearly and confidently, while always upholding the companys service standards.

Note, this role is office based at the companys premises in Croydon Park. You will need to live close by or have reliable transport to commute daily.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $55,000.00 $60,000.00 per year

  • 8 hour shift Monday to Friday, leaving your weekends free for you
