About the role

As the Business Manager, you will take ownership of the overall success of the Box Hill business.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering and growing the turnover and profitability of the business.
• Identifying and developing new key accounts and growing existing customer relationships.

• A proven ability to improve on and deliver a profitable monthly turnover.
• New Business - Proven track record of identifying and developing a new client base.
• Key Account Growth - Proven track record of further strengthening and growing existing key account relationships.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
