Job brief
To support product promotion and brand visibility through field marketing activities, retail engagement, and execution of promotional campaigns in assigned areas.
Responsibilities
- Promote company products in assigned cities and market areas.
- Ensure availability and proper use of promotional materials.
- Execute brand activation activities such as canopy promotions and door-to-door (D2D) campaigns.
- Conduct product sampling activities and achieve sampling and sales targets.
- Visit retailers regularly, take orders, and support product availability in outlets.
- Provide market feedback on customer preferences and competitor activities.
- Prepare simple reports on daily field activities and sales performance.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in field marketing, sales promotion, or related work.
- Experience in promotional campaigns and retail engagement is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and persuasion ability
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Basic reporting skills
Working Conditions

Primarily field-based with frequent travel within assigned territories.
- May require weekend or event-based work depending on promotional activities.
