Job brief

To support product promotion and brand visibility through field marketing activities, retail engagement, and execution of promotional campaigns in assigned areas.

Responsibilities

  • Promote company products in assigned cities and market areas.
  • Ensure availability and proper use of promotional materials.
  • Execute brand activation activities such as canopy promotions and door-to-door (D2D) campaigns.
  • Conduct product sampling activities and achieve sampling and sales targets.
  • Visit retailers regularly, take orders, and support product availability in outlets.
  • Provide market feedback on customer preferences and competitor activities.
  • Prepare simple reports on daily field activities and sales performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in field marketing, sales promotion, or related work.
  • Experience in promotional campaigns and retail engagement is an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales and persuasion ability
  • Ability to work independently in the field
  • Basic reporting skills

Working Conditions

  • Primarily field-based with frequent travel within assigned territories.

  • May require weekend or event-based work depending on promotional activities.
