Location: Addis Ababa

Role Purpose

The RTR & PTP Supervisor ensures accurate financial reporting and efficient procure-to-pay processes. Acts as the key finance contact for Ethiopia, collaborating with shared service teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead RTR and PTP processes in line with IFRS and corporate policies.
  • Oversee vendor invoices, reconciliations, payments & month/year-end closings.
  • Drive internal controls, support audits, and resolve findings.
  • Train finance team members and system users (Bizagi, MUP, Basware).


Requirements:

  • BA in Finance/Accounting; ACCA/CPA a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in multinational/shared services.
  • Strong Excel and financial systems skills.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
