We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcing Specialist to support our recruitment team by identifying, attracting, and engaging high-quality candidates. You will play a critical role in building talent pipelines across various roles, ensuring we consistently deliver top-tier candidates to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, databases, and other sourcing channels
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and engagement to assess interest and suitability
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates
  • Track and report sourcing metrics including pipeline activity and conversion rates
  • Stay up to date with market trends, talent availability, and competitor insights
  • Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction campaigns

Key Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment, preferably in an offshore or agency environment
  • Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search techniques
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Proven ability to source candidates across various roles (e.g. accounting, finance, admin, IT – depending on your business)
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment tools

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting Australian, US, or UK clients
  • Familiarity with offshore staffing or BPO environments
  • Background in sourcing for specialised roles (e.g. accounting, tech, healthcare)
  • Experience using recruitment platforms such as Feelglass and B-line
  • Experience with CRM or talent mapping tools
