About the job Sourcing Specialist
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcing Specialist to support our recruitment team by identifying, attracting, and engaging high-quality candidates. You will play a critical role in building talent pipelines across various roles, ensuring we consistently deliver top-tier candidates to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, databases, and other sourcing channels
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and engagement to assess interest and suitability
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates
- Track and report sourcing metrics including pipeline activity and conversion rates
- Stay up to date with market trends, talent availability, and competitor insights
- Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction campaigns
Key Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment, preferably in an offshore or agency environment
- Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search techniques
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Proven ability to source candidates across various roles (e.g. accounting, finance, admin, IT – depending on your business)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment tools
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting Australian, US, or UK clients
- Familiarity with offshore staffing or BPO environments
- Background in sourcing for specialised roles (e.g. accounting, tech, healthcare)
- Experience using recruitment platforms such as Feelglass and B-line
- Experience with CRM or talent mapping tools
